India Day Parade IS HAPPENING Today in Iselin

Today is the day for the India Day Parade, which is HUGE.

Of course with the weather it's hard to tell how well attended the parade will be, but in spite of the rain, the Iselin parade is definitely happening.

According to the facebook page of the IBA, which is the organization running it, "The India Day Parade on Oak Tree Road celebrated by IBA is on time, it will start at 1:30PM today from Wood Avenue by Exon Gas Station on Oak Tree Road with Grand Marshal Kangana Ranaut."

Previous years, the parade was held from Edison into Iselin, but you know how politics go - the Edison group and the Iselin group split up. Apparently there will be two separate parades, with the Edison Parade on Oak Tree Road in Edison, and the Iselin parade on Oak Tree Road in Iselin. The Iselin parade is starting at Wood Avenue and going down to St. Cecelia's. I hope to have some pictures up, so check back later... Nah, never mind.
