Macy’s Fourth of July Fireworks, New York City with great viewing along the Hudson River in Weehawken and Hoboken, Monday, July 4, 2011
July 4, 2011: The biggest fireworks show in America is back on the Hudson again for 2011. That makes the New Jersey communities of Weehawken and Hoboken very happy indeed. They will both be great spots to view Macy’s 4th of July fireworks spectacular. The staging area for the fireworks is directly across from Weehawken and in front of the Intrepid. The entire show is staged on barges that will be anchored from 24th Street to 50th Street in Manhattan. [Hoboken and Weehawken-Hudson County-North Jersey]
You can read more about the Macy's show on their website HERE.
Or, closer to Iselin, if you're still interested in Fireworks, you can go see Clark's - Clark Township will hold it’s annual Independence Day Fireworks Show on Monday, July 4th at dusk (approx. 9:00 p.m.) at Arthur L. Johnson High School's Field.
But, MY favorite? I wanna go to Asbury Park, and watch the fireworks on the beach there. They are having their fireworks tonight too. Their website is HERE.
THIS video is OK. Probably because there are commercials first. It's still worth watching, even with the commercials.
