Dear Sixteen Year Old Me,

I saw this video on Facebook called "Dear Sixteen Year Old Me,"
and I have to admit, it made me cry.
(I can be very mushy some days. Not every day, mind you, just SOME days.)

You should watch it.
Anyway, it reminded me of The Sunscreen Song. The Sunscreen Song was full of good advice for people graduating and moving on to the next stage of their lives.

So in honor of the end of the school year, and the beginning of summer, I bring you these videos.

(If you receive my blog posts in an email, you might not see the videos. You might have to come right to the blog... )

  1. Great post... I passed it on. I'm from Iselin too but I haven't lived there in 35 years, still have family there and every time I go back, something's missing. Thanks for the memories.

  2. I'm glad you passed it on, because I think it's a really good message.
I know it's sad, but everything changes... and Iselin misses YOU! :) Come visit more often!
Like the Iselin Fair - of COURSE it's weird that it's in the parking lot now, and there have been so many changes. But if everyone who used to go still showed up, it would still be fun! Not the same, but still fun!
