Did you feel an Earthquake in Iselin last night?
I didn't feel it. But... this is what I read this morning, on the USGS Web Site!

hmm i felt the thunder shake the house last night. 1.6 isnt that much, i bet a barge exploding in the arthur kill makes a bigger quake than that.
ReplyDeleteI didn't feel anything last night, but I do think I heard my wind chimes ring and couldn't figure out why. I hope no barges explode in the Arthur Kill anytime soon to find out! Looking it up online, apparently a barge exploded back in March of 1990 -- I was around back then, but I certainly don't remember it!
ReplyDeletethe last barge that exploded was http://www.fdnewyork.com/portmobil.asp 2003. I was sleeping, but I remember hearing stories that woodbridge high was shaking at the students were scared.
