So, did the Groundhog see his shadow?

I heard that Staten Island Chuck is predicting an early spring, and Punxsatawney Phil (did I spell that even close to correctly?) is predicting 6 more weeks of winter. Groundhogs in Iselin were polled, and they all agreed with Chuck. So there! It's official -- spring is coming!!! OK, maybe it will snow once or twice, but mostly? It's spring. Yay!
