it should be 4th of July?
How about JULY 1st FIREWORKS!

It feels like the 4th of July, but it's only the 1st... but if you want to see fireworks, you can head down to Donaldson Park today!  Enjoy the celebration!

Highland Park is pleased to announce Fireworks in the Park!
On Sunday, July 1, residents in Highland Park and New Brunswick will come together to
celebrate Independence Day.
The Highland Park festivities will be held in Donaldson Park, beginning at 2:45pm....
Bring chairs and blankets and come spend the day with friends, family, and neighbors. A wide variety of food and beverages will be available throughout the day. The Fireworks will be launched starting at 9:15pm.
The Highland Park Police Department would like to remind everyone that Donaldson Park will
be closed to vehicular traffic throughout the day. Handicapped parking will be available. Please
park on side streets or municipal parking lots. Please follow traffic and parking laws as there
will be heavier traffic flow throughout the day. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
The Independence Day event is a joint effort between The Borough of Highland Park, the City of
New Brunswick, Middlesex County Parks Department, and Main Street Highland Park.
This event is open to all.
