On MONDAY, JAN. 9, 2012 at 12:30 P.M., in the 2nd Floor Atrium of the Woodbridge Community Center, Mayor John E. McCormac will kick-off the 2012 Valentines Day ”Have-a-Heart” food drive by issuing a challenge to Township businesses, corporate offices, food service industry, and residents to donate 214 pounds of non-perishable food or contribute $214 to Township food pantries.
The 30-day challenge ends on Valentine’s Day ~ Feb. 14, 2012. Leading Township food store owners/managers, businesses, and Township-based corporations will participate in the “Have-a-Heart” challenge, along with members of the Woodbridge Township “We Feed” Committee.
