From their website, "The purpose of Woodbridge Community Youth Players, Inc. is to enhance the quality of life in Woodbridge, New Jersey by providing quality theater experiences for the residents of Woodbridge, New Jersey and other areas in the State of New Jersey. In addition, our goal is to provide training and education for actors, singers, dancers and others involved in theater productions as we offer opportunities for Woodbridge Township youth (ages 14 - 25) to demonstrate and improve their skills by participating in theatrical productions."
I just heard about this year's production because my extremely talented niece, Alyssa Kemper, is co-dance captain! She is a beautiful dancer and will be among the talented young adults who are performing..... WYCP presents FOOTLOOSE The Musical at Woodbridge Middle School. The production runs from July 18-21 at 7:30 PM, and July 22 at 2:00 PM. General Admission Tickets are $12 in advance & $15 at the door. She mentioned that the WYCP are looking for patrons & sponsors... anyone that would like to place an ad in the playbill... in addition to selling tickets.
